At BCH it's just what we believe. It is how we have always done business, how we have hired, how we mentor and build our team. We don't know it all and none of our experiences are the same, but we do care and we aren't afraid to ask. We learn through our relationships. And in learning from each other, we all DO BETTER.
Invited by a Valued Partner, the Team at BCH presented on our experiences with Diversity, Equality and Inclusion as part of a Corporate Allyship Program. Our actions being louder than words, presentations of this nature go hand in hand with our hiring practices and mentoring approach.
Having a diverse and robust team with people from many backgrounds has always been important to us. It was part of our fiber at the beginning and continues to inform our practice at present.
With eyes on Race, Inclusion & Social Equity (RAISE), BCH continues its commitment to allyship in the way we hire and in the way we work. Our goal has always been to RAISE the bar in Intellectual Property Law.
Please meet some of our Allyship Panelists.
