Jimmy’s practice includes patent preparation and prosecution in technology areas including Flash memory, electrical circuits, mechanical devices, networking, software, transportation, and medical devices. During law school, Jimmy participated in the Giles S. Rich IP Moot Court Competition, spent a summer examining patent applications at the United States Patent and Trademark Office, and clerked at a Minneapolis IP law firm. Prior to pursuing patent law, Jimmy worked as a Research and Development Engineer at Boston Scientific supporting design changes and regulatory affairs related to market released implantable pacemaker, defibrillator, and heart failure leads.
