PARKING INFORMATION
Parking for our building is available in the Plaza Parking ramp which has entrances on 12th Street (between 2nd Avenue and Marquette) and 2nd Avenue (in front of the Convention Center). Metered street parking also surrounds the building on both Marquette and 12th Street upon availability.
DRIVING DIRECTIONS
from the northeast: Take I-35W South to I-94 West. Take the 11th Street exit and continue for two blocks. Turn left at 2nd Avenue and follow it to the Plaza parking ramp.
from the northwest: Take I-94 East to Hennepin Avenue exit. Turn left onto Hennepin and proceed six blocks to 12th Street. Turn right onto 12th Street and proceed to the Plaza parking ramp.
from the south: Take I-35W North to 11th Street exit and continue for two blocks. Turn left on 2nd Avenue, and follow it to the Plaza parking ramp.
from the east: Take I-94 West to the 11th Street exit and continue for two blocks. Turn left on 2nd Avenue, and follow it to the Plaza parking ramp.
from the west: Take I-394 East to the 12th Street exit; proceed to the Plaza parking ramp.
GETTING TO US BY BUS
The 1201 Building is easily reached by bus, with many routes stopping at the corner of Nicollet Avenue and 12th Street or the corner of Marquette Avenue and 12th Street. Contact Metro Transit or use Metro Transit Trip Planner for more information.
