Jay Brooks is a registered patent attorney and founding member. For over twenty years Jay served as the managing partner at BCH. His practice is focused on patent prosecution for a variety of technology areas, including cloud computing, big data analysis, networking software, hardware and software resource pool provisioning; solid state drive and Flash memory; financial business methods and e-commerce; GPS; optics; image processing software; medical devices; and communication technologies including wireless protocols, architectures, and bandwidth provisioning software.
