FELICITO P. GUIYAB

Felicito is a tenured technical patent preparation and prosecution attorney. The core of his experience centers around cases involving hardware (analog and digital circuit configuration and fabrications), software (machine learning, targeted advertising), and cellular technology (4G, 5G standards).  

Felicito currently provides counseling and patent drafting services for a large semiconductor company. Prior to kickstarting his legal career, Felicito worked as a process engineer for a major semiconductor company based in Dallas.  He is an experienced test engineer having worked for a leading producer of high-performance test solutions for commercial, defense, and space applications.

As a member of academia at the University de Santo Tomas, in his native Philippines, Felicito taught microelectronics, instrumentation and control systems, and engineering management.  He represents a subset of the firm’s legal counsel that can rely on both a technical engineering background as well as an academic one, coupled with a passion for Intellectual Property Law.
