DANIEL A. DETTLAFF

Our friend and colleague passed away on December 7, 2014. Dan is survived by his children, Stephanie, Heidi & Joey; grandchildren, Cameron, Colby, Evelyn & JT; parents, John & Patricia Dettlaff; brother Greg; and many more family and friends.

Dan was a dedicated patent attorney and knew the Patent Office rules and procedures better than anyone.  And, although he loved his work, he valued his friendships and family above all.  He was a terrific colleague and will be dearly missed by all at BCH.

Prior to becoming a patent attorney, Dan was a practicing electrical engineer for 20 years in the power generation, transmission, and distribution industry. Dan was also a member of the Marine Corps.
