JEFFERY L. CAMERON

Jeff is a founding member and Partner at BCH.  Jeff has worked in many areas including medical device technology, image processing software, business methods and e-commerce, GPS-navigation systems, fluid flow technology, network devices including hardware and software, complex integrated circuits, semiconductors, communication technologies including optical systems and devices, wireless protocols, architectures, and bandwidth provisioning software, and computer architecture and control software, circuit testing technology, seed processing technology, and security technology for commercial and military use.  Jeff is involved in managing the Intellectual Property (IP) portfolios for several Fortune 100 companies.  Having drafted over two hundred and fifty patents for his clients, Jeff’s practice includes counseling clients on patent disputes, conducting reexaminations of opponent’s patents and providing opinions on patent infringement, non-infringement, and validity issues.  His work also includes assisting clients in developing their intellectual property filing and incentive programs.  Jeff has also consulted on patent matters for the offices of U.S. Senators Norm Coleman, Mark Dayton, and Amy Klobuchar, and U.S. House Member Betty McCollum.
