JOSEPH C. HUEBSCH

Prior to retiring in 2024, Joe’s practice includes patent preparation and prosecution; providing opinions on patent infringement, non-infringement, and validity issues; and technology licensing and transfer agreements.  His work also includes conducting due diligence studies for mergers and acquisitions and assisting clients in developing business plans for their intellectual property.
